Hi! I am Rachael, a registered dietitian nutritionist with a focus on gastrointestinal health and sports nutrition as well as overall wellness. I have experience in a variety of healthcare settings including hospitals, long-term care, rehabilitation, outpatient counseling, and higher education. I have a BA in Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado and an MS in Applied Nutrition from the University of New England. Living with GI disorders is difficult and I want to help my patients get out of pain and feel healthy again. I have a certificate from Monash University in low FODMAP Diet instruction, which is used in IBS. Athletes of any age need personalized nutrition guidelines for optimal performance. I help them maximize what they are eating to achieve their goals. Overall wellness is so important for everyone and I enjoy working with all patients to feel their best through food.
