As a Registered Dietitian, my focus and passion has been 1:1 nutrition counseling as it allows for long term success for health and wellness. I've developed experience working with multiple disease and health conditions, weight management, eating disorders, picky eaters, with age ranges from infants to the elderly populations. Nutrition is deeper than survival, often an emotional component attached, but also a cultural experience, and I'm here to help find that balance.
