Hi! I’m so excited that you’re here! That means that you are thinking about improving your health through nutrition counseling. That is a big step and I am proud of you! I provide evidence-based nutrition counseling that is individualized to YOU. Nutrition is complex and taking the first step can be confusing - I am here to help empower you by providing you the tools needed to succeed in your nutrition journey.

I am double board certified as both a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a Certified Specialist in Renal Nutrition. I graduated with my Master of Science in Human Nutrition from The University of Alabama and my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition from The University of Mississippi. My dietetic internship was completed at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. I have been practicing as a Registered Dietitian for over 5 years. The first 2 years of my career as a dietitian, I specialized in meal planning, menu building, and nutrition education material development. I have dedicated the remaining years to improving the lives of those who have kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, gastrointestinal issues, infertility/fertility concerns, and help with weight management.

My goal is for you to have clarity about your nutrition journey after every session. I want to help improve your confidence when making food choices, equip you with the nutrition knowledge needed to improve your lab work, and encourage you to live a long, happy life undefined by disease.
