I have over seven years as a Dietitian and five years as a Public Health Nutritionist. My background is in Women’s Health, Weight management, Renal, Heart Disease, Food allergies/intolerance/sensitivity, Diabetic Management. After a session you can expect to feel empowered about your food choice that will result in change.
I have been baking and cooking since I was a small child. I can help you adapt a recipe to fall into your health goal(s). I can advise you on how to develop a plan for meals and a back-up for which you just don’t want to cook or to busy. Like many people I was raised on hamburger helper and other easy to cook dinner. As an adult working out what foods fit into a healthy diet was a struggle along with my weight. When I returned to college at the age of 28, my intention was to a Nurse. My beloved career was the result of a personality test the was recommended by my advisor.
I have been with my husband for over twenty years. We have a beautiful three-year-old son. My down time is spent listening to audio books about Food and Mental Health, the Brain Gut connect, Women’s Health, Food allergies and Yoga for the well-being. I regularly practice Yoga. On nice days my family & I walk in our neighborhood. Durning spring, summer and fall I enjoy vegetable and flower gardening.
