Laura Russell, MA, RDN, LD, CDCES I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. I have spent most of my career the past 18 years working with people who have pre-diabetes, type 1 and type 2 diabetes and gestational diabetes. I love helping to empower clients with the tools they need to live healthier lives and manage their disease. I am from the Midwest, love being outdoors, cooking, gardening and spending time with my family. We love going to sporting events and trying new foods.
