Patience is important- it works both ways. Working together to get to your nutrition goals will be our priority no matter how long it takes. It’s important you understand the information and know what you will do with that information. I have over 20 years of experience as a dietitian- in the outpatient and renal setting that I’ve cherished. In my spare time I enjoy staying active- with my boys, jogging, hiking or playing tennis. I’ve run over 20 marathons, and many other races. It’s important to be active, as you are currently able and to have goals, hope… Balancing other areas of your life such as sleep and mental health make a difference also. Throughout my years as a dietitian I’ve learned to speak Spanish-met the best patients, co-workers, and still continuing to do so.
