Carmen has been a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist for 11 years and has extensive experience in eating disorders and disordered eating, weight management, including surgical weight loss, pediatric nutrition, selective eating, digestive health and improving overall health and chronic illness. She is a mom of three children and is able to provide empathy relating to balancing health and motherhood!
Carmen creates a safe and compassionate space for her patients to discuss nutrition and health.
