Hey, friend! I’m Brittany. My health journey has never been an easy, clear path. For years, I struggled with debilitating symptoms that came - like clockwork - crashing into my life. After 10 years, I was finally diagnosed with endometriosis. In the wake of that, I was left with a lot of unknowns about what to do next to manage endo and live a full life. While there is no cure for endo, there are so many ways to manage the disease with diet and lifestyle. Same goes for other diagnoses and life stages! This life-long journey is what guided me to become a Registered Dietitian in 2017. In 2021, I decided to open my private practice to support women in their own health journeys by providing 1-on-1 nutrition coaching. And so, Uniquely You Nutrition was born. Also in 2021, I was given the great honor of being chosen for Nebraska’s Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year award. In my private practice, I support women wherever they are in their health journey - fertility, prenatal, postpartum, endometriosis or PCOS diagnosis, menopause - by providing a gentle, personalized approach. Working with me, you will have the proper tools and personal support to feel confident and comfortable in your own beautiful body.
