Hi! I'm Addison Allee and I'm a non-diet Registered Dietitian, who is passionate about using a Health at Every Size (HAES) approach to help clients repair their relationship with food and nutrition. I completed my Bachelors degree at Arizona State University, and my graduate internship at Illinois State University. I have experience providing medical nutrition therapy for individuals with a variety of different health conditions, and I love helping clients find new ways to add nutrition to meals and snacks, without focusing on restriction. Let's work together to remove the feelings of guilt and shame after eating, and focus on what it would feel like to make peace with food, and experience food freedom. I want to acknowledge my own privilege of being a cisgender woman living in a white, straight sized body. I want you to know I care about and value your own unique lived experiences. I will hold space for you, and listen without judgment. I understand the importance of looking at health through a holistic and trauma-informed lens. I want you to feel heard and empowered as we work together towards nourishment and finding the joy in food and nutrition. Outside of work, I like reading, doing puzzles, making jewelry, and spending time with friends and family. I have the sweetest pup who loves to play, so you may find us running around at the nearest park together. I also enjoy trying new restaurants and coffee shops!
