Hi! I am a Registered Dietitian and Diabetes Educator and have been for over 25 years. I recently have re-enrolled in school to earn my Master's in Counseling to become a therapist as I believe mindset is critical in helping us to achieve our personal goals. A little bit about me is that I am a mom to three amazing adults and a rescue pup named Bella. I love to be outdoors, go on walks, and enjoy being active. My goal is assist you in reaching your goals by creating small new habits that you are able to maintain over time
