At every session, we will set achievable goals that will set you up for success and sustainable lifestyle changes. There is no pressure to be perfect, only to be open to trying new things and revisiting the things that have worked for you in the past.
I finished my Nutrition and Dietetics degree at the University of Connecticut and for the past 14 years have focused on helping those who were diagnosed with prediabetes, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or simply wanted a new healthy lifestyle. I work with clients with the view that a diagnosis does not define a person, but instead can be a jumping off point for a conversation.
