My name is Thekra Hweih. My Bachelor's and Master's were in Nutrition Science. I graduated from my master's degree with a 4.00 GPA. I am licensed in Illinois and Florida. I am an American-Palestinian, so we can say I combined the best of both worlds lol. I speak English and Arabic and live between the Middle East and the USA. I like helping others and making their life easier. I believe food is one of the most important aspects of life. I want women to feel good in their bodies and feel in control of their lives. I focus on women's health. I am also passionate about helping people with diabetes and kidney diseases manage their conditions through diet.
