Suzanne Oppedisano, RD

I have a Master of Science Degree in Nutrition and Exercise science and have worked in clinical nutrition for close to 20 years. I have also worked extensively in the health and fitness field helping people to achieve their fitness goals. I love how nutrition and exercise fit together and each can enhance the results of the other. I am passionate about helping people make lifestyle changes that stick and as a busy mom of three picky eaters I understand just how difficult that can be. Working with me you can expect to make small changes that stick at your own pace.
