Stephanie Willard, RD

Stephanie is a Master's level Registered Dietitian who enjoys working with adolescents and adults, and strives to build relationships that instill hope and perseverance. She decided to pursue a career as a dietitian after studying her family members’ various nutrition-related conditions, including Failure to Thrive/Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID). She understands what it is like being on the other side of treatment and uses this experience to help other individuals and their families in similar situations.

Stephanie is a Certified ARFID Specialist, but enjoys working with all types of eating disorders.

Stephanie prioritizes spending time connecting with and encouraging her clients to try their best, try new things, and give themselves credit for even trying at all!

When she is not working, Stephanie enjoys painting, cooking, and getting out to the Nature Center with her family as much as possible.
