Shahrzad Jalili, RD

My name is Shahrzad Jalili, and I am a certified diabetes care and education specialist. With over 15 years of experience in diabetes management, I have helped many individuals take control of their diabetes and improve their overall health and quality of life.

I hold a Bachelor and Master of Science in Nutrition Science and a PhD in Public Health. Additionally, I am a Registered Dietitian (RD) and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), which is a credential that recognizes my expertise in diabetes education and management. Moreover, I am certified in all Continues Glucose Monitors (CGMs), insulin pumps, and Automated Insulin Delivery (AID) systems.

My passion for helping people with diabetes stems from my personal experience and long family history with the condition. I understand the challenges that come with managing diabetes and the impact it can have on one's life. That's why I take a personalized approach to diabetes management, tailoring my services to meet each individual's unique needs.

Through my services, I provide comprehensive diabetes education, lifestyle counseling, blood glucose monitoring, medication management, and more.
