Hello! I'm Pasia (pronounced like "asia" with a P). I'm a dietitian with 10 years of education and experience in the nutrition field. I employ a patient-centered approach to identify the obstacles to your goals and help you create a tailored plan. I believe in your expertise about your body, and together, we'll devise a specific steps to reach your goals. I specialize in PCOS, all types of diabetes, weight management, binge eating disorder, prenatal nutrition, and digestive issues like IBS, IBD, and celiac. I currently reside in Northern California, providing nutrition care to low-income individuals in rural communities while also managing my private practice and online blog for PCOS. When I'm not working with patients, you'll find me hiking in the redwoods, swimming in rivers and lakes, and shopping at my local farmers market.
