Parker Nelson, RD

As a registered dietitian nutritionist I have committed myself to helping others improve their health after overcoming my own nutrition issues and experiencing a range of family health difficulties. I currently live in Northern California with my wife and toddler. I love cooking, playing sports, and watching movies. My education includes a BS in marketing, a MS in applied nutrition and certifications as a culinary nutritionist and personal trainer. My main goal as an RD is to help everyone find a new approach to meeting their health goals, whether that is overcoming chronic conditions or taking their health to the next level.
