Hello, my name is Nicole, I'm a registered dietitian who believes in the power of delicious and nutritious food to nourish the body.

My journey academically started at the University of Pittsburgh where I received my degree, but realistically it started in the kitchen with my Italian immigrant mother, where at a young age I learned to cook and love to cook for others. I’ve learned in my life how to have a healthy relationship with nutrition and fueling my body.
