Welcome to healthy living! My name is Morgan Speik and I am a Registered Dietitian with over 7 years of experience. I have two little ones under the age of 3 who constantly remind me why good nutrition and overall health are so important. In my spare time, I enjoy being outside with our golden retriever named Penny, and cooking for my family.

I have worked with a diverse group of patients in a nationally-ranked hospital in Orange County and specialize in weight loss, heart disease, fertility, pregnancy, Crohn’s disease/colitis, cancer, nutrition support, and kidney disease.
