I have over two decades as a seasoned Dietitian and Diabetes Educator and bring a unique perspective to my work, having lived with Type 1 diabetes for over 45 years. My personal journey with diabetes adds a layer of empathy and understanding to my practice.

Beyond my professional pursuits, my passion for Scottish Terriers adds a delightful dimension to my life. Competing in agility and the breed ring, hiking or just enjoying lounging on the couch, my dogs add to my active life and well being and helps emphasize the holistic approach I bring to my practice.
