Leah Kostos, RD

For my schooling I double majored, holding a Bachelors of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics as well as Spanish Studies. I also have a Master's Degree in Business Administration. My interests lie in helping my community become a more inclusive environment for everyone by fighting for equal rights and by engaging in sustainable living. Additionally, I have always been an athlete and played competitive soccer in college so I love to talk about how to use food to fuel and recover your body. Being an athlete has also taught me how to overcome obstacles by reframing my mindset, relying on a support system, managing time, and being gracious with myself.
