Kristen Alfonsi, RD

Kristen is a board-certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 20 years of experience. She has a Master of Science in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics from Illinois State University. Kristen is eager to empower clients to accomplish their nutrition goals. Her coaching style approach creates a working partnership. Her special area of interest is helping women navigate the challenges of menopause. She also enjoys working with children, especially picky eaters to help them experience the joy of discovering new foods. Kristen lives in Oak Park, IL with her husband, two teenagers and a dog who loves to eat fruits and vegetables.
