I have been a Dietitian for 12 years, I have a specialty in Diabetes management which I obtained 5 years ago, 5 different certifications for weight management and definetly enjoy helping clients achieve an improvement in their health. I am bilingual, fluent in Spanish and also target to help the Hispanic community. I work with setting SMART goals, that will help change/better target eating habits and behaviors so that w/o great effort, together, we can build good healthy habits and break unwanted ones.
