Janet Arenas, RD

Janet Arenas is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist with almost 20 years of experience. Janet has worked with adults and children, in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient care, community health, virtual health, and wellness. She has extensive experience in diabetes, cardiovascular health, and weight management. Janet is passionate about supporting others through their health and wellness journey and partnering with them to help them become the healthiest version of themselves. Janet enjoys cooking and trying new recipes with her two kids. They are her most treasured food critics and future foodies. She loves to travel and learn about different cultures and foods. Janet has completed 2 marathons and multiple 1/2 marathons as running is her #1 mood booster.
