Giovana Caruso, RD

Giovana is a Registered dietitian based out of sunny Florida. Obtained a bachelors in Nutrition from Florida International University and a Masters in Dietetics and Nutrition from Keiser University. Giovana started her career in the clinical setting giving her a strong foundation on medical nutrition therapy for chronic conditions such as heart disease, kidney disease, and diabetes. Giovana has also practiced in the outpatient setting; helping individuals meet their overall nutritional goals such as regaining energy, managing GI issues and weight loss goals including bariatric pre and post counseling. Her mission is to empowered individuals to make the best nutritional decisions and to meet the lifestyle they envision for themselves. A firm believer in that no food is “evil”, but that all foods can be enjoyed with some small tweaks. Assisting individuals on not only ensuring that disease specific diets are understood, but that also cultural and traditional diets are honored and enjoyed throughout each individuals life. Focusing on behavioral and habit changes that create life long and maintainable results.
