As a non-diet dietitian, I am dedicated to helping individuals heal their relationship with food and body. I specialize in disordered eating/eating disorder recovery, and specifically enjoy working with both the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities. I strongly follow a weight-neutral approach and utilize the philosophies of Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size®, and body trust to help facilitate change that is uniquely right for each person. My hope is to assist folks in freeing themselves from harmful diet culture and anti-fat beliefs, allowing them to discover body attunement, understand their body's natural cues and signals, and rebuild trust in themselves and their body.
