I create a compassionate, safe, non-judgmental space to help adults aged 18+ develop hope and healing in their relationship with food. I specialize in eating disorders, health at every size and mindful eating based on best practices in the field.
I have over 20 years of experience as a masters level registered dietitian supporting individuals in their recovery and am a member of the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals. My favorite ways to unwind include NATURE, hiking, kayaking, reading and enjoying good food and wine along with a great playlist or podcast.
