Danika Vielma, RD

I am a Registered Dietitian with experience in the treatment of eating disorders at the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) levels. My journey in the field of nutrition and dietetics has been driven by a personal commitment to healing the relationship with food having experienced the negative effects of a poor connection myself. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, laying the foundation for my pursuit of helping others navigate the complexities of eating disorders. Currently, I'm on the path to completing my Master's degree in Nutrition. My approach is grounded in a passion for intuitive eating, recognizing that the path to fostering a healthy relationship with food is a unique and individualized journey for each person. Through my own lived experience and professional expertise, my goal is to empower others to embark on their own journey toward healing and rediscovering a positive relationship with food.
