As a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), I strive to empower individuals to make lasting changes that improve their health and well-being. Together, we will develop practical strategies and set achievable goals to promote optimal nutrition and overall wellness. As a LGBTQ+ friendly provider, I am committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for all individuals. I specialize in various areas, including prenatal nutrition, nutrition in pregnancy, postpartum nutrition, diabetes including gestational diabetes, oncology, geriatric, and transplant related nutrition needs. I am deeply committed to creating an inclusive environment for all clients. I approach each individual with empathy, respect, and a non-judgmental mindset. It is important to me that clients feel seen, heard, and supported throughout our work together. I strive to foster an atmosphere of acceptance and understanding, where everyone's unique needs and experiences are valued. Outside of my work as a dietitian, I find solace and inspiration in nature. I especially enjoy hiking, biking, and stand up paddle boarding. I also enjoy spending time with my family, especially my niece and nephew. I am also a strong advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and actively support organizations that promote equality and inclusivity. Through a seamless integration of my expertise, genuine care for clients, and a holistic approach to nutrition and diabetes management, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to embrace healthy lifestyles and achieve their fullest potential.
