I received my B.S. in Marketing from Fordham University before pivoting into the nutrition world. I earned her master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from New York University and completed my dietetic internship at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center. It was here that I gained hands-on experience with a variety of disease states, including diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease, weight loss, and more.
I strive to meet my patients where they are at and will never force recommendations on you that you don’t feel comfortable with. I believe having an understanding of nutrition is what leads to sustainable change, and therefore take time to explain the ‘whys’ behind each suggestion and encourage questions. Every session is a collaboration between you and myself, and I can’t wait to get to know you and your health journey!
When not talking about food, I enjoy baking, reading, hiking, traveling, and scouting out ceramic mugs from various street markets.
