Hi there! My name is Amanda and I've been a Registered Dietitian for 8 years. I'm a Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition and a Certified Lactation Educator Counselor. I have experience in disordered eating, gastrointestinal disorders, autism, diabetes, liver disease, renal disease, and cancer in both adults and children. I specialize in pediatrics, specifically eating disorders, in the inpatient and outpatient settings. I have substantial training in Family Based Treatment, which is the gold standard of treatment for children and adolescents with eating disorders. My unique approach encourages balance, variety, and flexibility with all foods. I'm also a proud mother of twins and a son who is on the autism spectrum. They are my world.
