Allyson Link, RD

Hi, I'm Allyson! I was born and raised in the Chicagoland area. I completed my BS at Miami University (in Ohio) and MS at Benedictine University. My inspiration initially came from my 106 year old grandmother. I had the privilege to see her live a long and healthy life, and nutrition played a big part in that. I hope to share my knowledge and passion with you, so you too can live a healthy life and do what you love.
