As a registered Dietitic Nutritionist with a passion for food, I believe that food should be enjoyed! Having such a passion for food I have a deep understanding of the complex relationship between food and health outcomes. By providing foundational food knowledge my goal is to help individuals feel confident to fuel themselves through various stages of life and accomplish their weight loss or health goals. Helping establish a mind-body connection empowering people to always have control over their own health and still enjoy food!
