Changes / challenges since last visit

Client states they ate out a lot during a recent trip out of town to Nashville and was thrown off from their routine. Client states they now know how to be realistic and more prepared food-wise for future trips. Client states they didn't eat as often than they would have liked. Client states they experienced some inflammation on the trip d/t perhaps drinking some alcohol. Client also states when they came home, they also weren't prepared in regards to meal prep and plan. Client states when they returned home, client states they weren't able to be as intentional with eating. Client states they made the best zucchini they ever made recently.

Client went grocery shopping and will be doing meal prep and planning for the upcoming week.

Goals

  • Continue current exercise routine.
  • Walking outside once a week(weather permitting)
  • Consume small meal or heavy snack late afternoon that includes protein.
  • Add additional protein in AM
  • Journal meals, snacks, beverages in app.
  • Journal for at least twice a week for 5-10 minutes
  • Try one whole foods recipe per week
