Client states she works 2 jobs in West Palm Beach so she relies on lots of quick takeout or fast food meals. Hss no time for meal prep and found it didn’t work for her in the past. Reports she gained 30 lbs several months ago. States she wants to live longer and be around for her 10 yo but has limited willpower and lack of time and energy due to her schedule. Only has Sundays off. Stopped exercising after having uterus removed in January 2023. Also overeats to avoid having leftovers and drinks sugary drinks (coke) to help herself stay away during her second shift. Knows her lifestyle is working against her but is not sure how to change it. Discussed ideas including choosing healthier options when dining out, using meal delivery programs and cutting out the soda. Does not want to use diet soda so she would rather wean off it entirely.
