Diagnosis and Treatment Plan

Changes / challenges since last visit

Patient states she has still been completing 100% of meals and snacks that her parents are plating. She is also weaning off Prozac, she is down to 5mg from 10mg and will be off that in 3 days. While doing that she will be increasing Zyprexa. Last period in early March. Plans to have blood work done to see what is going on here. Patient states the ED voice is still fairly loud and encouraging her to do the bare minimum intake to get by. She feels it is more of a coping mechanism at this time. She states talking through it has been helpful and her parents plating her food is very helpful. She also reminds herself that she physically and mentally feels better when she eats more. Family is leaving for the beach on Tuesday but will be in a rented house so will have access to a full kitchen.

Goals

1. Increase water intake to 1.5 Stanley cups (60 ounces)

2. Get electrolyte drinks/powder to have at the beach

3. Keep snacks on hand while on vacation so if eating schedule gets thrown off, you have a snack to get you to the next meal

4.Incorporate a fat with each meal and snack to help build hormones for your period: fish, eggs, full fat dairy, nuts/seeds, nut butter, olives, olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil
