Meal plan updates

Takes Chlorophyl every morning.

No more acid reflux but bloating night time possibly because of Yogurt. Has a mild lactose intolerance. Taking all supplements

Eating salad every day. taking probiotic helped  better BM regulation. Putting Magnesium oil for sleep

Exercise: Walking 10,000 steps. 15 minutes resistance exercise trying not to miss more than two days. Try not to eat after 6 pm.


Supplement: Start taking Aloe Vera Juice and coconut oil 4-5 times a week.

Exercise: Stretch 15 minutes bed time with breathing technique.

Fluid: Very warm water 16 oz in the morning for cleansing. Very warm water enema on the weekend for a colon cleansing.

Nutrition: Continue 10 ingredients salad 4-5 times a week.
