Changes / challenges since last visit

Ct reports she experienced feeling dizzy, light headed, brain fog, migraines, and almost passed out the day after Kayaking on Sunday. As a result, her appetite was worst this week and even thinking about food made her feel nauseous. Ct reports jogging also caused pain. Ct will see her physical therapist on Monday to address former abdominal tear. Ct reports her usual foods also caused nausea this week: salmon, oatmeal.

Ct has a backpacking trip scheduled for upcoming Wednesday-Sunday. Ct really wants to go but isn't 100%.

Ct bought dehydrated meals for the trip- Mexican quinoa bowls, Pad Thai with CK, Cheese Tortillini and PB sauce, chili mac
