Meeting vegetable intake goals, protein goals, staying within calorie goal. Patient feeling satisfied after meals and having less binging episodes.

  1. Food recall, send to dietitian or through the Healthie app, aim for 1500 kcal per day
  2. Continue resistance training 3x this week, heart rate 130-140's use dumb bells 10pounds
  3. Protein goal of at least 90 grams per day
  4. Carbohydrate goals 130-145grams per day
  5. Water intake minimum 64oz a day
