Changes / challenges since last visit

Has been working from home, this has been rough - feels sedentary - body is starting to hurt

Vaping a lot, smoking a lot of weed - feels unhealthy

Trying to look into exercising more

Quitting vaping - going to use nicotine patches

States she doesn't know how to cook - wants to learn

Wants to meal plan more - smoking too much

Has kept her water intake up

B - 1/2 bagel w/ cream or bowl of yogurt (1/2 cup)

latte (feels like it is helping move stuff)

S - fig newton or protein bar or apples (1/2) and peanut butter

L - sometimes going out for food (splits in 1/2) - rice, cucumbers, tomatoes, falafel, pita

D -  1/2 5 pm

7 pm - cup of soup - chicken tortilla

  • trying to sit down and be mindful, chew slower, sometimes textures (has been working on this)

night snack - some nights - ex/ pb and J

Growl - I am STARVING (teaching self)

Headaches - always gets them, lightheaded when stand up - these have gone down a lot

"eating a lot" - stuffed feeling, stomach hurts a ton

smell will make her nauseas (4/10 times)

has hypo glycemic

Out for lunch consistently (3/5 work days) - Einsteins (spinach egg feta cheese),  pew Wei (sometimes, chicken hard)

hydration - mostly caffeine

latte w/ whole milk (half/half) (2 shots expresso)

brings water bottle (44 oz - will get through 1/2) - only doesn't like if it tastes gross

coke or other soda (regular)

feels shaky (latte, coke before noon) - used to drink more caffeine

vapes - nicotine (erases appetite) - x 1 year - instant release - step out to do it

marijuana every night - munchies - will do this BEFORE dinner; can usually eat more food

the high makes her more aware of body - August of last year

starting gum, weening off vaping nicotine - hopefully zypreza increases

weekends - sleep in until 10:30, eats more, with partner, partner knows when she is hungry, harder time eating breakfast on weekends than weekdays,

lunch and dinner

sometimes out during the weekends

no beef in house (partner allergic); chicken is hard for partner OCD, pork is ok, fish is ok, eggs, deli meats (salami), cheese, peanut butter, Tofu (never tried it)

doesn't like tuna


  1. Keep water intake consistent, need to increase, recommended hot liquids
  2. Small, frequent meals, check in every 1-2 hours
  3. Slowing down at meals, chewing well to help digestion
  4. Follow meal plan and utilize miralax, GI massage as needed
  5. Consider reaching out to pelvic floor specialist
  6. Use easy digesting foods right now - simple carbs, shredded meats, small amounts at a time
  7. purchase jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches, chobani drinkables, VHC boost (add in the morning), egg salad sandwich
  8. With increased appetite, still struggling with stomach pain, add in boost to side at meals that are lacking; prioritize eating every few hours, and logging symptoms
