Discussion:

Cx reports ok for wife to take the calls for him.

Wife states follow up w/ GI this past Tuesday. GI MD states to d/c alcohol for now, small portions, frequent meals. MD states he did not need enzymes. However, she visited a dr friend and recommended probiotic, Vitamin E, digestive enzymes and binders w/ every meal for at least once a year.

wife noted that cx was drinking 1/2 a bottle of whisky during the weekend. CX wife reports that he under. a lot of stress, work and routine used to be ok in his 20s but now is not ok.

Cx wife no longer is constipated. Cx wife reports at times will have pain at night, taking pain meds if he wakes up w/ pain, cx wife states was given tramadol.  also takes motrin or aleve.

The pain has gotten better, he is going back to his normal routine little by little.

Sleep:

5-6 hours of sleep , 930 am - 2 pm

works from 9pm - 7 am, 40 hour work week in 4 days, 3 days
