been better at logging, trying to stay at or below the calorie count not binge, and get active, will start on the elliptical and got more gym equipment, 3 days to be active (every other day), procepture on Thursday injection in neck, will ride a horse this weekend, foot is feeling better now, been eating good protein throughout the day, getting oven on sat, June riding 3 days a week, July start leasing 15 days out of the month, 15th wed 3pm ets

got back from Vegas and was doing well, got into a car accident and now binge eating, will send a sample day of fueling
