has been working out

started Friday after last meeting

been walking daily for about 20-30 minutes; sometimes a leisurely walk, when on lunch break is a little quicker

been to gym 2-3 times - went on treadmill, leg press (3 reps 25lbs), bicep curls (4 sets of 10 40lbs), lat pull down (5 reps 10lbs)

feeling good, might need different shoes for walking, feet are hurting

been skipping breakfast - keeps forgetting to go grocery shopping - going tomorrow

has noticed that she's been more hungry in the morning d/t skipping breakfast

started freezing vegetables to use later

been having lunch (panini, crockpot meal w/ potato or rice), snacks (beef sticks, cheese sticks, wheat thins), and dinner (crockpot meals)

memorial day: didn't eat a lot the first day, ate more snacks the second day, didn't feel bad the next day

wants to keep going to the gym for 30-40 minutes 2/week (3 rounds of 10 reps)

keep walking on lunch break

can sleep at night

doesn't get out of breath walking to the mailbox
