Changes / challenges since last visit

Leaving for vacation on Saturday June 8th - planning to bring with her oats and lentil pasta. Long travel day that week - will be traveling for about 7-8 hours.

Going into the office T-Thurs (heading out of the office around 1-2pm)

Occasionally will bring a bar with her to work - That's it and Lara Bars are available at work.

88 Acres bars have been good. Brought in some almonds - did the handful method of almonds - was able to do it but difficult to do the hand measurement of almonds.

Almonds not enough at whole foods for 1.5 weeks ago.

Taking Iron Supplement- daily - Mary Ruth Iron (18mg) every day and then every other day do Vitamin D (2,000 IU).

Anxious about the food when traveling - will be doing a tasting menu with family with chef. Doesn't know what will be on it.

Brother coming on vacation, negative relationship with him.

Meal plan updates


1. Blueberries - 1/4 cup and 1/4 cup then shake blueberries (once during the week) - when back from vacation. 
2. Twice for the almonds measuring with the palm size instead of counting for the almonds. Week and half worth of almonds in the house. 
3. Start Iron Supplement- daily - Mary Ruth Iron (18mg) every day and then every other day do Vitamin D (2,000 IU). 
4. 1/2 cup - 3/4 cup Almonds and Walnuts on the trip, 4-5 bars each, 1 box of lentil pasta, adding hemp seeds to water before blending for the smoothies 
5. Ask for menu of tasting menu prior to having the meal - offer suggestions to the chef about what you will eat.
