  • Has another trip next week. Discussed snacking on protein and carb to keep blood sugar steady and not deny himself a treat once a day.
  • Finally broke into the 280#'s
  • 20 minute calisthenic video 4x a week. Adding in some jogging, half loop around neighbor hood.
  • Reviewed food logs- having a solid breakfast of high protein and 600-700 calories. This keeps him full and ends up having a smaller dinner than he used to. Likes it because he doesn't feel as heavy going to bed.
  • Feels better the way he is eating now.
  • Discussed motivation and the 5 why's.
