Changes / challenges since last visit

Denied Saxenda and on appeal.

Trying now for Victoza.

Doing the yogurt and banana.

Sometimes eating a larger breakfast.

Saw a psychologist this week who specializes in eating disorders. Thinks he needs to focus more on eating than watching TV or using his home. Has tried it and felt really full.

Discussed goal of 3 meals and 2 snacks.

Trazodone for sleep.

Will resume Vyvanse (a stimulant) and stop Strattera which can increase LFTs.

Dairy has been difficult for the past week.

Has lactose intolerance.

B - could do lactose-free yogurt and banana --> brain and stomach are satisfied.

L - Chicken nuggets plain.

D - Has been doing vegetables at dinner. 2 chicken breasts and a side of asparagus. Mrs. Dash. Taste buds okay without salt. Water. Skipping starch at meals.

Goal - vegetable at lunch - peanuts, spoonful of pb, apples, bananas

Goal - relax at meal without distractions

Goal - Continue doing weights

Has been low energy recently. Thinks it might be due to low carb.

Last dietitian told him to cut carbs.

Went to the gym last week and tried weights for the first time.

This week increased movement and activity. Has been doing more lifting and carrying for grandparents.

Goal - 3 meals and 2 snacks (feed yourself! you're training your brain it's okay to feel full! more food is available later!)
