Reports he got sick again last week so his eating schedule was off. Reviewed Myfitness Pal which was off due to being sick. Checked Myfitness pal for the fiber, sugar, sat fat, protein ---all are suboptimal.

Steak, ground beef, rice, veggies, teriyaki chicken. Soups. Taco salad. Eggs, PB and J on ezekiel bread.

Hasn't been eating a whole lot this week due to not meal prepping. Trying to eat "healthy" takeout like chipotle.

Meal prep for breakfast and lunch and then prep own dinner.

Exercise: Finally able to get back into the gym (had food poisoning previously and was sick for days). 4-5 x/week, low energy since the holidays. Legs, back, chest, arms, shoulders, squats.

Energy: 5 out of 10

Sleep: 5-6 hours (better than what it was, but changed beds so can sleep better).

Stress: 8 out of 10 (work related)

Beverages: 2 tsp sugar in morning coffee. Tries to drink 1 gallon of water per day w/biosteel.

Stopped drinking 4 years ago as well.

Has a lab followup for hematocrit--believes it's from the TRT (pellets every six months)---July, recheck testosterone. Appt for the 17th (June).

He and wife plan to use Little Keto Kitchen meal prep place to get lunches.
