Client was sick but continued to make healthy choices with as little energy she had. Reviewed fluid retention and take out foods, miso soup and Japanese foods. Having protein shake in her coffee and wants to get back to oats. No candy in the house and using protein bars for sweet cravings. Reviewed pop corn and what to look for on the nutrition label. Has another chol screen in 1.5 mths. Reviewed using chia seeds for pudding or added to salads. Reviewed other forms of protein and is getting tired of chicken. Educated on lean red meats and the leaner cuts of red meats. Try nutritional yeast on popcorn.
