Diagnosis and Treatment Plan

Grace is nervous about starting full-time hours next week.

She may have the opportunity to work remotely twice per week.

Nausea: The nausea is a bit better, but she at times had to use Zofran.

Throughout the week, she was able to eat three meals a day. She has used her SOS meals on occasion. She feels she has been eaten out more.

She bought snacks and filled her desk drawers with them.

I encouraged her to put some snacks in her car as SOS snacks.

Lunch at the office: She is bringing snacks and lunch. She has been eating chicken salad and leftover dinner. She also brings yogurt with fruit and chia seeds as an additional snack.

She is slowly bridging the gap between lunch and dinner. She often finds it difficult to remember to eat at that time.

Grace often needs to remember to drink; otherwise, she will become dehydrated.

Goal: to finish her 32 fl oz bottle by the end of the day.
