Changes / challenges since last visit

She has continued the fermented foods twice daily. She mostly does kefir, apple cider vinegar, and kombucha. She was noticing her sugar cravings decreasing but with her newer medications her appetite has decreased so she isn’t getting enough protein and then notices she is snacking a lot. Sugar cravings overall though better than when we first started. She continues with the inositol supplement as well. Weight still not going down at this time. Brain fog continues to be improved. Energy slightly better.

Meal plan updates

Discussed gut health, fungal infections, and how both create inflammation leading to weight gain as well as slow system shut downs.


1. Start the Throne fungal supplement

2. Increase apple cider vinegar to twice daily until fungal supplement in, then down to once daily

3. Continue fermented foods at least twice a day, if you can get in a third time a day that would be helpful

4. Protein smoothie in the morning if not feeling hungry
